for the seller to accumulate several sales in escrow before deeding
over the shares (in order to pay off a mortage and clear the title),
ties the buyer to the Declaration of Rules and Regulations (the main
governing document), the Management Agreement (the document that empowers and assigns the overal management of the property to a Property Manager), and the Reserved Use Plan (the document that
outlines and governs the use of the shared owners' time).
