Management Agreement

The Management Agreement document is designed to act as the property's primary management, executive, administrative and enforcement document. It provides for executing the Declaration of Rules and Regulations; managing the owners' use of the property; defines limitations, responsibilities and compensation; provides the power to enforce remedies for non-compliance, damages and non-payment; administering dues, fees and other charges; and for maintaining the accounting of the Property's funds. This document also empowers the Property Manager to manage the property, to maintain the property and repair and replace the assets of the property. The Management Agreement also empowers the Property Manager to act on behalf of the Owners to spend money, pay bills, collect money, order services and to maintain the Reserved Use Schedule and website.
